By inviting, installing, accessing, or otherwise using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You also confirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age requirements of any platform on which the Services operate, including Discord's Terms of Service and Roblox's Terms of Use.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a server, organization, or community, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
02 Description of Service
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Discord bots for moderation, logging, and utility functions
- Roblox integration tools and automation
- Web tools, scripts, and APIs
- Any other software or content distributed by the Developer
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice, and for any reason.
03 Disclaimer of Warranties
You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. The Developer does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.
04 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Business interruption or loss of goodwill
- Damage to your server, account, computer, or any other property
- Account bans, suspensions, or other actions taken by Discord, Roblox, or any third-party platform
- Any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Services
- Errors, mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions in content
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
05 User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- How you use the Services within your server, community, or environment
- Ensuring your use complies with Discord's Terms of Service, Roblox's Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations
- Any content, commands, or configurations you create or apply using the Services
- The actions of your server staff, moderators, or other users under your authority
- Maintaining the security of any credentials, tokens, or access granted to the Services
You agree NOT to use the Services to: harass, abuse, or harm others; violate any law or regulation; infringe on intellectual property rights; distribute malware, spam, or illegal content; attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or attack the Services; or impersonate the Developer.
06 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services
07 Data & Privacy
Some Services may store data necessary to function (e.g., server configurations, moderation logs, user IDs). The Developer does not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be deleted at any time without notice.
You acknowledge that no system is 100% secure, and the Developer is not liable for any unauthorized access to data stored by the Services. Do not store sensitive personal information through the Services.
08 Third-Party Platforms
The Services operate on or alongside third-party platforms including Discord, Roblox, and others. The Developer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Developer is not responsible for any actions, decisions, outages, or policy changes made by these third parties, including but not limited to account bans, server terminations, or API changes that affect Service functionality.
09 Termination
The Developer may terminate or restrict your access to any or all of the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
Sections regarding disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination of these Terms.
10 Changes to These Terms
The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
11 No Refunds
The Services are provided free of charge unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any donations, contributions, or payments made are non-refundable and do not entitle the donor to any specific service, feature, support level, or guarantee.
12 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
